I think it is wonderful what Nick Norton is doing in Lanier County. We as citizens have a job to do as well. We need to help law enforcement get these drug dealers. When you see something illegal report it -- don't turn your back.
From all of the residents of Western Lanier County, Thank You, Sheriff Nick Norton. I see a deputy drive down my road (Baskins Road) almost every day now. I used to have to go to the Sheriff's office if I wanted to see one.
Something needs to be done about the stop light at St. Augustine and Hill Avenue During rush hour traffic, that light only stays green on the Hill Avenue side for a few seconds, allowing only two or three cars to go through. Please fix this.
The sheriff over in Lanier County is doing a great job cracking down on the drug problems -- sure do need someone like that in Clinch County!
Can someone tell me why people wait until after someone dies before they name a building or street in memory of someone? If you think they are so special, why don't you do it why they are alive so they will be able to enjoy it?
Hooray to the city for having a wonderful person in the water department in customer service in the drive-through. This is a pleasant change.
I would like to rave about the two wonderful people who stopped by last week who helped get my car out of the ditch. Thanks again.
Jane Fonda is now trying to ask for forgiveness for what she did during the Vietnam War. As a Vietnam era veteran, I say, "Not in my lifetime."
