HAHIRA -- Jaedon Alexander Robinson, infant, of Hahira, died on Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2002, at his residence. He was born on Sept. 9, 2002, at South Georgia Medical Center to Dr. Kit Harold and Leann Virginia Allen Robinson. He is survived by his parents, Dr. Kit and Leann Robinson of Hahira; three sisters, Madeline, Jennifer, and Elizabeth Robinson, all of Hahira; maternal grandparents, Poppie Clarence and Grandy Barbara Allen of Quitman; paternal grandparents, Grandpa Paul and Grandma Carol Robinson of Spanish Fork, Utah; paternal great-grandparents, Harold and Millie Spackman of Trenton, Utah and William "Bill" Robinson, Idaho Falls, Idaho; aunts and uncles, Marta Riveria, Spanish Fork, Utah, Mike and Polly Robinson, Manti, Utah, Shawn and HeunSun Robinson, Spanish Fork, Utah, Dave and Brooke Poulsen, Payson, Utah, Chris and Sheryl Anderson, Wachula, Fla., Robby and Cathy Ethier, McDonough, Pete Allen, Tallahassee, Fla.; several great-aunts and uncles; and several cousins also survive. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 21 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with Bishop Thurston Spivey officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Memorial Gardens. A private family viewing will be held at the church from 9:30-10 a.m. and the family will receive friends at the church from 10-10:45 a.m. Saturday. -- Martin/McLane Funeral Home, Hahira
John Robert Yanconish
HAHIRA -- John Robert Yanconish, 52, of Hahira, died Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2002, at his residence. He was born on Nov. 11, 1950, in Hahira, was an automobile mechanic, was a Navy veteran serving with the Seabees, was a member of the Hahira United Methodist Church and a member of the American Legion. He is survived by one daughter, Jennifer Yanconish of Hahira and her fiance, James Beebe of Valdosta, one son, Robert Yanconish of Hahira; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Betty and Lee Bryan and Sandra Fleener of Hahira; one brother and sister-in-law, Andrew and Donna Yanconish of Hahira. Mr. Yanconish was preceded in death by his parents, Robert G. and Virginia Yanconish, and one brother, Robert G. (Bobby) Yanconish Jr. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 21 at the Martin McLane Funeral Home in Hahira with the Rev. David Gordon officiating. Funeral service for Ronald E. Roberson, 48, a native of Cook County, will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 21, 2002, at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, 506 W. 6th St., Adel.
