Valwood Jump Rope for Heart.jpg

Each year Valwood's Lower School students look forward to participating in the American Heart Association’s Jump Rope for Heart. The students learn how to fight heart disease through exercise and a healthy diet. The students realized their goal of $9,000 this year and donated their American Heart Association thank-you gifts to the children staying at the Ronald McDonald House. Throughout the 15 years that Valwood has supported this project, the students have raised over $100,000 for the fight against heart disease.
