Multiple burglary trio arrested

VALDOSTA — Investigators have recently been investigating the burglary of the residence at McGoggle Lane in which guns and electronic items were taken.

At the time of the report investigators obtained information that led to the identification of Brittany Johnson, Anthony Huewitt and Shayla Griffin. Investigators located these persons and ultimately learned that the items had been taken to Atkinson County where they were to be sold. The items have since been recovered.

During this investigation, investigators were also able to link the trio to other burglaries both in the city and county including incidents on Knights Academy Road and Knights Ferry Road.
