Berrien sheriff's deputies bust marijuana grow house

NASHVILLE — The Berrien County Sheriff's Office released the following statement this morning:

On 9-24-13 after receiving information about a suspected marijuana grow at 68 Aubrey Sutton Road, Nashville, GA an investigation was conducted to confirm or deny the allegations by the Berrien County Sheriff’s Office.  Investigators conducted surveillance and were able to confirm the presence of suspected marijuana plants on the aforementioned property.  A search warrant was obtained for the property located at 68 Aubrey Sutton Road, Nashville, GA.  Upon execution of the search warrant investigators recovered five marijuana plants ranging from six to twelve feet in height.  A significant amount of harvested marijuana was recovered from inside the residence. (A suspect has been taken into custody).
