VALDOSTA — With the name Bikers Gone BAD, some people might be a bit concerned about the motorcycle ride being held in Valdosta this weekend. But don’t let the name confuse you; what these bikers are doing is anything but bad.

BAD stands for Bikers Against Domestic violence, and the Two Wheel Riders Motorcycle Club in Valdosta has decided to host a ride to take a stand against the growing problem in our nation.

The ride is being held this Saturday and is open to the public. Registration will be held from 9-11 a.m. at the Two Wheel Riders Club House at 1302 B North Ashley Street. Kickstands go up at 11 a.m. and the ride will last until noon when they arrive at the courthouse. At the completion of the ride, bikers are invited to stay and support the Juneteenth program.
