Atlanta — Golf enthusiasts in the greater Atlanta area and across Georgia are poised to compete in an entirely new breed of golf competition.

Golf 4 Millions launches its closest to the Pin Car Giveaway Event at The Georgia Trail at Sugarloaf in Duluth, Ga.

At the Golf 4 Millions Closest to the Pin Competition, no one needs to get the ball in the hole – or even within 100 feet of it. Regardless of how close the winning shot is, someone will walk away with the keys to a brand new Fiat 500.

Each day, the person whose shot lands closest to the pin will advance to the final shoot out, where the daily winners will each have one shot to win the car.

The event will launch on Sept. 7 and run until Oct. 12.

Anyone wishing to participate may purchase as many shots as they wish for $1 per shot.

The shots may be taken at the driving range on Friday afternoons and all day Saturday and Sunday, beginning Friday, Sept. 13, or any day of the week on par three holes as part of a round of golf at The Georgia Trail course.

Golf 4 Millions, along with the friendly staff of The Georgia Trail, would like to invite everyone with an affinity for golf, no matter their skill level, to come take a shot for a good cause and possibly go home with a brand new car.

The intention of Golf 4 Millions and Golf 4 Millions Events is to ‘Celebrate Golf Pros’ and to promote participation in golf.

Participants can earn a free shot on the course by test driving any vehicle at AutoNation Fiat, Mall of Georgia and also when they have a haircut at Sports Clip’s Peachtree Corners, Snellville Crossing and Sugarloaf locations.
