Vikings hope to avenge 2006 loss to Houston By Bryan FazioFollowing the Houston County game, Lowndes has a bye week, followed by the biggest game in the region to date, Oct. 19 against their crosstown rivals, the Valdosta High Wildcats.
Lowndes at Houston County 7:30 p.m., McConnell-Talbert Stadium Radio: 105.9 FM WVGA Directions: Take I-75 North to Warner Robins. Exit at the Richard Russell Parkway (Exit 144). Go east for five miles, then turn left onto Davis Drive. Go one mile. The stadium is on your right.
