Hooters, Golf Club of Valdosta to conduct $1,000 skins game

— On July 18 the Golf Club Of Valdosta’s weekly shoot-out will be held at Kinderlou Forest GC. For an entry fee of $20 golfers must enter at Hooters on Saturday at 3 p.m. to have the opportunity to play for $1,000 (based on a full field) in the GCOV skins game.
In the skins format a player must have the lowest score on a hole and not be tied. The prize fund will range from $55- $1000.00 based on full field. The event is open to male and female golfers 18-years-old and older. Players 18-49 will play from the blue tees, men 50 and older will play from the white tees and ladies will play from the ladies tees. Green fees and cart fees are not included and must be paid on Saturday at Hooters at 3 p.m.
There will be an optional Hooters closest to the pin contest on all par 3’s with prizes and gift cards ranging from $50- $250 based on full field. Prizes will be awarded at Hooters following completion of play.
