KINGSLAND — Valdosta High’s boys tennis team earned its third straight trip to the state semifinals with a 5-0 sweep of Camden County Monday afternoon.

The Wildcats, who are now 20-1, will face the winner of today’s Northview-Alpharetta match Friday at Clayton International Park.

On Monday, Valdosta’s Jamie Childree won 4-6, 6-2, 6-2, Stephen Moore won 7-5, 6-3 and Tommy Cangelosi won 7-5, 6-1. In doubles, Parker Childree and Adam Buescher won 6-1, 6-1, while Savan Patel and J.P. Nichols won 6-4, 4-6, 6-0.
