Victory Christian splits with Brunswick Christian



BRUNSWICK — Victory Christian’s boys basketball team improved to 2-1 when it defeated Brunswick Christian 62-59 Monday night. Robert Johnson scored 21 points in the victory. Andrew Phillips added 13 points, while Brandon Dukes scored 11.

Victory’s girls fell 52-45 to Brunswick, despite getting 26 points from Lauren Jones and 12 from Tiffany Nesmith.

Victory hosts Corinth Christian on Thursday.
