Raves for Wednesday, November 27, 2013

The Valdosta Daily Times

VALDOSTA — Editor’s Note: In 2013, Wednesdays will be rave-only days. Thank you to our readers for your support.

Thank you to the staff at Factor Fitness. I had a flat tire in front of their business. So many of them came out to help. Thank you and God bless.

Raves for Kathy with Valdosta City Water Department after hours answering service. She is the most pleasant and helpful person!

A big rave to VDT classifieds for their help when I was trying to find homes for a litter of neutered cats, whose owner had passed away. I had advertised through various social media but all the adoptions took place because of VDT classifieds. Because of you I was able to find the perfect home for each cat. Thanks, VDT.

Congratulations to 5th graders Santos, Emma, Emma Leigh, Emily, Madison and Jack from Westside Elementary for their 4-H awards for Cloverleaf District Project Achievement. You represented your school, Valdosta, and Lowndes County so well. We are very proud!

Thank you to Sue at The Valdosta Vault! So kind and took her time helping me find the perfect chain to replace the flimsy one for my mom's soon-to-be Christmas gift. Truly one of the best jewelry stores here and they do all of their repairs on-site. I don't think any other jewelry store in this area can say the same. Happy one year anniversary to Valdosta Vault.

Mr. Oliver, thank you. When we saw Snoopy on your house we knew Christmas was here. Hope someone still will place Snoopy on the house for years to come.

Congratulations to the Boys and Girls Club 7&8 year old All-Star football team for winning first place in the TitleTown Classic. You guys played great and were a lot of fun to watch.

A big thank you to Sally, a little lady at Senior Citizens. A little lady with a big heart and a smile for everyone.

Teresa in Lake Park, thank  you for helping me shop at the Barn.

Thanks to Bryan at Embroidery and Me for donating shirts to Dewar Elementary.

Thank you to Crystal at Second Harvest of South Georgia Food Bank. She is always pleasant and does everything to help when we go there. They are very fortunate to have her. A big rave for Crystal.
