The Valdosta Daily Times
Editor’s Note: In 2013, Wednesdays will be rave-only days. Thank you to our readers for your support.
I left my checkbook in a buggy at Home Depot on Monday and I would like to thank the person who turned it in. There are still honest people out there.
I want to give the biggest thank you to the VSU football players. My son truly enjoyed the meet the players event. Each player had the excitement that the children had on their faces. The players were "so into the game" it made my heart smile. I saw some kids that acted out and would not listen and follow directions and these young men handled it very well. Thank you to the players!
Thank you, Mediacom, for being a part of Cable In the Classroom!
Thanks to Lowndes County for mowing and weed eating the strip on Jodeco Road, off Knights Academy. Very good job.
Thanks Deputy Wheeler for helping us daily to get our buses out of Moulton Branch in a very safe and timely manner. Keep up the good work.
To the man that found my phone at the hospital on Friday. You went out of your way to track me down and return my phone. Again thank you very much.
Huge rave to the Chick-Fil-A locations here in Valdosta. I go to both quite often and the employees and management are amazing and have great attitudes.
A rave to the Viking Runners Club Coaches! Thank you so much for all you do with those young runners. These coaches run with the kids, help them with their homework and coach them.
Huge rave to the teachers and the prime time staff at PGES. We recently moved to that school district and my children were worried they would not like the school or after-school program. Both of them love their teachers and the entire prime time staff! It eases my mind more than you will ever know knowing that they really enjoy going to school and are thriving at that school.
Thomas Collision repaired body damage to my car recently. The work was done in the time frame estimated. I was worried about the white clear coat paint matching, it matched exactly. Kudos to all Thomas employees.
After some recent health problems, I was admitted to SGMC. My nurse Traci was fantastic and very helpful. My lab tech, Zach, was great and pain free. Everytime he came in he brightened my day.
