People on welfare should be drug tested. If you can afford drugs, you can afford food. As a taxpayer I wouldn't mind paying for drug testing for applicants. Or contraceptives for the people who seem to have 10 kids and no job.

Just announced in Atlanta that Valdosta came in first in the state for percent decrease in population for year 2013. Albany was No. 4. Do you suppose the City School System demographics have anything to do with this. City folks may not think consolidation was so stupid when we start playing in region A.
