Marlin Baunoch, 78, of Valdosta, passed away Monday, Sept. 30, 2013, at Heritage House Nursing Home.
He was born April 28, 1935, in Wyandotte, Mich., a son of the late Jacob and Dorothy Stoner Baunoch. Mr. Baunoch honorably served in the U.S. Navy.
He is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Chip and Wendy Baunoch of Dixie; one daughter and son-in-law, Yvette “Sassy” and Lamar Wheeler of Jasper, Fla.; four grandchildren, Mac Baunoch, Ray Baunoch, Erryn Wheeler and Shannon Wheeler; two great-grandchildren, Ashlynn Baunoch and Carsyn Baunoch; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Ken and Sylvia Baunoch, Sonny and Fran Baunoch; two sisters, Norma Seibold and Barbara Smith, all of Michigan; and the mother of his children, Cynthia Baunoch of Lake Park.
