Helen Peebles Golden, 72, of McIntyre, passed away Friday, Sept. 20, 2013.
Graveside services will be conducted at 2 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 28, 2013, in Nunn Wheeler Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service at the residence.
Mrs. Golden was a native of Indian Town, Fla., the daughter of the late Dudley Gilford Peebles and the late Lucille Ruffin Peebles.
She was the widow of Edward M. Golden. Mrs. Golden had made her home in McIntyre since 1986. A homemaker and part-time caterer, Mrs. Golden worked as a Special Education teacher for many years.
Survivors include her daughters, Cindy (Edward) Kuczynski of Valdosta, Nancy (Bob) Burton of Punta Gouda, Fla., sons, Michael (Sharon) Golden of McIntyre, John Corley of Davey, Fla., Rickie Corley of Boone, N.C., grandchildren, Mary, Jennie, Amy and John Michael Kuczynski, Tara Hendry, Matt Burton, Joseph Golden, Hannah Golden and Oliver Corley.
