-- — C. I. “Hood” Wisenbaker Jr., of Dasher, Ga., passed away May 4, 2013 at his residence after a lengthy illness. He was born November 11, 1920 to the late C I. and Pearl Wisenbaker Sr. He served in the Navy and after that he farmed his land for many years and was a retired Millwright for Owens/ Illinois. He also was a member of the Airport Church of Christ. He was an avid hunter and was a life time member of Bamberg Hunting. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his step-mother Wilma King Wisenbaker and Sister and Brother-in-law Marion and Jack C. Williams. Survivors include: his wife of 67 years, Faye Copeland Wisenbaker of Dasher, Ga., Daughter & Son-in-law Lisa & Steve Starling of Dasher, Ga., Grandchildren Ivey & Taye Griffin of Dasher, Ga., Alison Hansley & Fiancé Heath Eason of Jacksonville Fl., Kohle Mcleod & Fiancé Heather Horne of Dasher, Ga., Derrik Mcleod of Dasher, Ga., his Great Grandchildren Kasey Brown, Karson Brown, Kameron Mcleod, Andy Griffin and Jacob Griffin, and Numerous Nieces & Nephews and other extended family members. Special Thanks to caregiver and friend, Carolyn Croft.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday May 7, 2013 at 2:00P.M. in the Airport Church of Christ. Burial will follow in Dasher Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday May 6, 2013 from 6:00p.m. till 8:00 p.m. In Lakes Chapel & Clubhouse 6125 Old Lake Park Rd. Lake Park Ga.
