A celebration of the life of Marie Wood Eason Bailey will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2013, at the McLane Lakewood Funeral Home in Lake Park from 4-6 p.m. with a short service at 5 p.m. The family would prefer live plants that can be planted in a memory garden for Marie. Her favorite plant was roses. A donation to the Langdale Hospice House where she spent her last days would be an alternative.
Marie was forgiving, faithful to God, her family and friends, and a true inspiration to all who met her. She gave each of us unconditional love and was a constant reminder of how we should live our lives. We know that she will be one of God’s brightest stars and angels in the next life. We are so glad that God gave us this incredible woman to be our mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.
