Joan Warren Humbers, 47, passed away Monday, June 10, 2013, at her residence, following an extended illness.
Mrs. Humbers was born Nov. 8, 1965, in Hahira, Ga. She was a homemaker, member of the Live Oak Free Holiness Church and had lived in Clinch County most of her life.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Wanda Carter Steedley.
Survivors are her husband, Wesley Myron Humbers, Homerville; one daughter and son-in-law, Heather Renee and Jonathan Brock Graddy, Homerville; one son and daughter-in-law, Johnny Lee and Maricia Dale Thomas, Homerville; her father and stepmother, Jimmy Lee and Clarene Warren, Berrien County; her stepfather, Frank Steedley, Lakeland: four sisters and brothers-in-law, Debra and Jimmy Mizell, Teresa and Greg Mathis, Jennifer Johnson, all of Homerville, and Delores and Regan Clayton, Carrollton, Ga.; one brother and sister-in-law, Wayne and Connie Warren, Lakeland; three grandchildren, Brianna Graddy, Brayden Graddy and Nehemiah Thomas; her father and mother-in-law, James Earl and Martha Humbers, Homerville; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Funeral services for Mrs. Humbers will be held Thursday, June 13, 2013, at 11 a.m. at the New Vision Church of God.
Interment will be in Pine Forest Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mrs. Humbers will be carried to the church one hour prior to the services.
