Mary Louise Lott, 82, of Nashville, Ga., passed away Monday, July 15, 2013, at South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta, Ga., following an extended illness.
A native of Miami, Fla., Mrs. Lott was born Dec. 24, 1930, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louie and Irene Bonia Azyn. She was a homemaker and of the Catholic faith. Mrs. Lott enjoyed her membership at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Lakeland, Ga.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Bernard Lott; and one son, Robert Donald Lott.
Survivors include one daughter, Bonnie Ann Lott and special friend, Angel Ovalle of Nashville, Ga.; two sisters, Yvonne Headley of St. Petersburg, Fla., Dorothy Ann Feagan of Wichita, Kan.; one granddaughter, Tina Hancock and husband Jamie of Nashville, Ga.; two great-grandchildren, Candace Hancock, Jacob Hancock; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services for Mrs. Lott will be held Thursday, July 18, 2013, at 1 p.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church in Pearson, Ga., with Father Nick officiating. The interment will follow in Holy Family Catholic Church Cemetery.
Serving as active pallbearers will be Elias Cardenas, Daniel O’Berry, Perry Rogers, Austin Rogers, Jimmy Parker and Eddie Skelton.
