Special family memories include wonderful home-cooked Sunday dinners with all of the family together and the love she always showed to each and every family member. She loved each one of her family and enjoyed all the times she could spend with them.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 67 years (whom she married Oct. 2, 1944). She was also preceded in death by five brothers, Buie, Calvin, Melton, Vernon, and Robert Bennett; and two sisters, Nadine Exum and Vangie Horton.
