Ricky Alan Bowles, 60, of Franklin, Tenn., went to be with the Lord, April 22, 2013. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, IT Administrator with Tractor Supply Co., faithful servant to the Lord and member of Hillview Baptist Church. He was also a devoted and loving husband, father and Papa. He was preceded in death by parents, Carl Dean and Veryle Cox Bowles; and special pet, Coky.
He is survived by his wife, Dorcas Bowles; sons, David (Courtney) Bowles and Kellen (Kourtney) Kent; daughters, Tabitha Kent and Kristi (Waymon) Martin; brothers, Larry (Dale) Bowles, Lonny (Rose) Bowles and Gary (Kathleen) Bowles; sisters, Kathy Bowles and Sherry (Mike) Amstutz; grandchildren, Cory (Stephanie) Kent, Justin, Lauren and Kaleb Moody, Barrett and Taylor Martin, Parker Folsom, Addison Bowles, Ricky Kent and Shelby Martin; great-grandchildren, Kaden and Karsen Kent.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m., Friday, April 26, 2013, at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Pastors Reid Hughes and Jim Gosney will officiate. Interment will be in Williamson Memorial Gardens.
Active pallbearers will be grandsons, son-in-law and friends. Honorary pallbearers will be co-workers at Tractor Supply Co.
