Natalie Alberta Williams, 82, of Valdosta, passed away Saturday, Nov. 16, 2013, in Tallahassee, Fla.
She was born April 9, 1931, in Natick, Mass. She married William E. Williams and moved to Adel, Ga., where she worked at the American Legion until she retired. She enjoyed golfing, visiting with her son Joseph in California, spending time with friends and loved ones and going to the beach. She loved animals, especially her Stella. She moved to Tallahassee in 2005, where she spent time with her family.
She was predeceased by her husband, William E. Williams; sister, Helen Stewart; and daughters, Georgia Purvis and Helen Warren.
Mrs. Williams is survived by her son, Bruce Middleton of Dothan, Ala.; son, Gary Middleton and wife Kathy of Tallahassee, Fla.; daughter, Roberta Lynn Lewis of Valdosta; son, Joseph Middleton and Claudio Reis of Los Angeles, California; 12 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service for Mrs. Williams will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 23, 2013, in the chapel of Carson McLane Funeral Home, Valdosta. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Adel. The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home prior to the funeral.
