Harry F. Kuleski
Mr. Harry F. Kuleski, 85, of Adel, died early Monday morning at Berrien Nursing Center in Nashville, Ga., after an extended illness. He was born in Phoenixville, Pa., to the late Paul Kuleski and Stephi Kuleski. Mr. Kuleski had made his home in Adel since 1985. He worked for Georgia Pacific, and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Mr. Kuleski is survived by his wife, Flora Kuleski of Adel; four sons, Eric Kuleski of Crescent City, Fla., Buddy Kuleski of Flagler Beach, Fla., Richard Harris and his wife Sharon of Nashville, Ga., Kaleb Harris of Adel; a daughter, Haley Smart and her husband Jason of Nashville, Ga.; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 6, 2007, in the Miles-Odum Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Kettle Creek Cemetery. Verna Thomas
Verna Thomas, 99, of Crystal River, Fla., passed away June 2, 2007, at Hospice House of Lecanto, Fla.
She was born on Sept. 24, 1907, in Adel, Ga., to the late Jim J. and Mary Alice Nesmith Rountree. She lived in Adel growing up and Leesburg, Fla., until marriage then resided in Franklin, S.C. and Crystal River until her death. She was a homemaker. She is preceded in death by her husband Fabian Grover Thomas.
She is survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, and two sisters, Juanita Ridenhour and Betty Christeson. She is preceded in death by one daughter, Mildred Baliles, and two sons, Wilbur and Jean Thomas.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 6, 2007, at Evergreen Baptist Church with the Rev. Mike Brannon officiating. Interment will be held in Rountree Cemetery. Jon Harmon Hamlin
Jon Harmon Hamlin, 36, of Jacksonville, Fla., passed away Sunday June 3, 2007, at his residence after a lengthy illness.
Born in Amarillo, Texas, he was the son of Everett Lee and Dianne Elsberry Hamlin. Mr. Hamlin had been a resident of Jacksonville for 10 years, moving there from Athens, Ga. He was a systems engineer for the Bank of America and a member of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his mother, Dianne Hamlin of Quitman; three brothers Artie (Sissy) Hamlin of Valdosta, Barney (Debbie) Hamlin, Fitzgerald, Rev. David (Michelle) Hamlin, Dixie; two nieces, Leigh Anne Hamlin, and Whitney Hamlin; two nephews; Joshua Hamlin and Michael Kinchew; and a grand niece, Lily Grace Hamlin. He was preceded in death by his father, the Rev. Lee Hamlin, and grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Artis Hamlin and Mr. and Mrs. Barnard Elsberry.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 6, 2007, at First Baptist Church Chapel with the Rev. David Hamlin and the Rev. Marty Carnes officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.

Albert Thornton Sr.
Albert Thornton Sr., 73, of Lake Park, died at his home on Sunday, June 3, 2007, after a lengthy illness. Born in 1933 he was the son of the late Oscar and Annie Mathis Thornton. Mr. Thornton was a retired logger. He was a member of Statenville Church of God.
Survivors are his wife, Clair Thornton, son and daughter-in-law, Albert Jr., and Jean Thornton, daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Charles Kirkland; son and daughter-in-law, Roy and Talisa Thornton; daughters and sons-in-law, Ginny and Todd Roop, Laura and Hugh Christie, Patsy and Marty Vann, all of Lake Park; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; brother and sister-in-law, Willie Lee and Nancy Thornton of Warner Robins; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 6, 2007, at 2 p.m. at Sardis Baptist Church. Pastor Jaime Register will officiate. Burial will follow at Carter Cemetery. Charles Larry Harrell
Charles Larry Harrell, 63, of Nashville passed away Monday, June 4, 2007, at his residence. He was born on Aug. 28, 1943, in Berrien County to the late Troy and Maetril Exum Harrell. He was a salesman for Lance Crackers, an Air Force veteran and a member of Forest Hill Freewill Baptist Church.
He is survived by his daughter, Brittany Harrell Napier of Nashville; two sons, Bryan Harrell, Nashville, Scott Harrell, Richmond, Va.; three grandchildren; two sisters, Susan Harrell, West Berrien Community, Gail Davis, Wrens, Ga.; and one brother, Wayne Harrell of Nashville.

Bobby Futch
Bobby Futch, 60, of Valdosta, died Sunday, June 3, 2007, at his residence after a lengthy illness. He was born in Live Oak, Fla., the son of the late Jacob and Vera Futch. Formerly of Hinesville, Mr. Futch had worked for several years at Gold Kist and then Trus-Joist, West Hill Bait & Tackle as well as Shans Bait & Tackle. He loved the outdoors, was an avid sportsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing with his family. He was a member of Redland Baptist Church.
Survivors are his wife of 27 1/2 years, Marilyn Hagin Futch of Valdosta; sons and daughters-in-law, Jacob Futch of Hinesville, Tommy and Traci Dorch of Montgomery, Ala., Robby Futch of Hinesville, George and Kim Futch of Valdosta; grandchildren, Jacob Futch, Jr. and Josh Futch of Hinesville, Amanda Futch of Valdosta, Ashley Dorch and Alex Dorch of Montgomery, Ala., Hailey Futch of Valdosta, Lexie Futch of Texas; one great-grandchild; brothers and sisters, Lester Futch, Levis Futch, Eula Pye, Juanita Allen, Lavera Allen, Juanita Futch; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by brothers Walter Futch and J.D. Futch, a sister, Ruby Hart, and a daughter, Melissa Ann Futch.
