Weldon, who had been sitting outside Best Buy since 10: 30 a.m. Thursday morning, and his family planned on purchasing a television, a laptop and a GPS system. As of 8:30 p.m. Thursday night, shoppers were lined up outside of the store, wrapping around the corner of the building.
