Students in Regina Gerleman? kindergarten class at Quitman Elementary enjoyed listening to Karen Spell read the story ?he Little Old Lady Who Was Not Afraid of Anything?by Linda Williams during storybook club time. In the story the little old lady was confronted by many scary things, including a pumpkin head while collecting herbs in the woods. None of these things seemed to scare her though. After hearing the Halloween-themed book, Coach Chris Hubert carved a pumpkin with the students.
