Published November 03, 2009 10:04 pm - Thomas completes Army course The Valdosta Daily Times LaToya S. Thomas has graduated from the Army ROTC (Reserve Officer Training Corps) Leader's Training Course at Fort Knox, Ky.
The cadet is a student at Fort Valley State University, Albany, Ga. She is the daughter of Van F. Thomas of Valdosta. The cadet is a 2006 graduate of Lowndes High School.
