Lanier County manager arrested

NASHVILLE — The Lanier County manager was arrested in Berrien County over the weekend on a domestic violence charge.

Berrien County Sheriff Anthony Heath confirmed that Albert Studstill and his wife, Patricia Studstill, were arrested Saturday and charged with simple battery family violence. Albert Studstill was also charged with interference of a 911 call, reports state.

Both parties had their first appearance in Magistrate Court Monday to determine bond.

No additional information was known at press time.
