Ropes can be seen holding a vehicle off its side after it flipped Thursday following an accident at the intersection of Northside Drive and Patterson Street. The driver of the Ford Expedition was pinned under the vehicle, and the Valdosta Fire Department used air bags to lift the vehicle and pull the person out.
