County reaches solid waste decision BY KARI L. SANDSThe Valdosta Daily Times • Operation Management International Contract Agreement Amendment FY 2008-2009; unanimously approved.
• Engineering contract for Alapaha elevated tank; unanimously approved. • 2007 Lowndes County CHIP Grant — Quarterly Report; unanimously approved. • Approval to replace current uninterruptable power supply with a Liebert NX Multi Mode UPS system and installation; unanimously approved. • Approval for a complete Dispatch Console Workstation including a radio, CAD, phone system, and ergonomic furniture; unanimously approved. • Trust Deed and assignment and assumption of leases for Parks and Recreation properties to the Parks and Recreation Authority; unanimously approved.
