Summer Reading Program Kick-off Party May 28

The Valdosta Daily Times

Join the South Georgia Regional Library System on May 28 at any of its six locations for a Summer Reading Program Kick-off Party. Every branch will feature a special guest to make the day truly special. Paul Campiglia will be visiting the Allen Statenville Library, the Miller Lakeland Library, and the Salter Hahira Library to present a musical introduction to the summer’s exciting events. Those library members who frequent the Valdosta-Lowndes County Library, the Johnston Lakes Library, and the McMullen Southside Library are also in for a treat. This year, J'miah Nabawi, a multifaceted storyteller and achieved performer, will be celebrating the creative spirit with a fusion of story, dance, and musical drama at select library locations.
