Jordan wins state art contest

The Georgia School Nutrition Association (GSNA) held its annual student Art Contest for grades K-12. Students from across the state were asked to submit art work with the theme, “Spotlighting Wellness.” Stephanie Jordan placed first in District II and then placed first in the state for the high school level. Jordan, a senior at Brooks County High School received a certificate and framed copy of her winning art work along with monetary awards. This is the third year in a row that a Brooks County High School student has placed first in this state art contest.
