Contest: Valdosta’s Got Talent is looking for talent

The Valdosta Daily Times

VALDOSTA

The Second Annual Valdosta’s Got Talent is still accepting applications through Friday, March 28.

The event will take place Saturday, March 29, at 1 p.m. at Valdosta High’s Performing Arts Building.

Participants ranging in age from 3 to 93 may choose to compete in modeling, acting, singing, dancing, cheer and gymnastic categories.

Modeling and talent scouts from Elite Model Management, Tyler Perry Studios and JPervis Talent will be on hand to judge the competitions. Representation by these agents is possible but not guaranteed. Many of last year’s winners did sign contracts with top agents after the event.

This year’s winners will receive a trophy and a scholarship to attend Millie Lewis’ AMTC competition in Orlando in July.

For more information, please visit http://valdostasgottalent.tripod.com/ or e-mail valdostastalent2@aol.com.

You may also visit sponsors to pick up an application: The Wooden Nickel Pub, Black Crow Media, Kids Shots, Confetti and Lace, Pinstripes and Polka Dots, Amanda’s Models & Talent, Colson Business Products and Homestead Design and Builders.
