Gloriana to open for Alan Jackson’s Wild Adventures concert

VALDOSTA — If country star Alan Jackson wasn’t concert enough for music fans, Wild Adventures has announced the inclusion of an opening act for the scheduled May 18 show.

Gloriana is scheduled to play prior to Jackson at 8 p.m., May 18, at the theme park, said Micha Hogan, a Wild Adventures spokesperson.

The three-member Gloriana has been rising on country charts since its self-titled debut CD in 2009, which was that year’s best-selling country act. The band’s hits include “Wild at Heart,” “(Kissed You) Good Night,” and “Can’t Shake You.”

The trio won the Academy of Country Music’s Top New Vocal Group and Breakthrough Artist awards.

Like all Wild Adventures concerts, the Alan Jackson-Gloriana show is included with the regular admission price, or an annual pass. Reserved seating may be acquired for an additional $15. More information: Visit wildadventures.com; or call (229) 219-7080.
