VALDOSTA — Business Roundup

In the new Publix shopping plaza on Inner Perimeter, there is a new Goodwill donation area and Nails by Chris is opening a second location there, set to open in the next couple of weeks.

The new Waffle House on Baytree Road isn’t open yet, but certainly looks ready to open anytime. It looks like some work is still going on inside, but I expect to see customers there any day now.

The new urology office and ambulatory surgery center looks like it’s nearly finished. It’s located on North Oak Street near Winn Dixie.

The Mill Pizza Buffet and Games is still coming to Remerton, and work on the former Chrismill Homes location in the Remerton Plaza should be amping up here in the next few weeks.

The Red Lobster on St. Augustine is still remodeling but wants to make sure customers know they’re still open during the work.

On Baytree across from the theatres, close to Sugar Creek Plaza, there is a sign on an empty site that says it’s the future home of First Federal Savings and Loan.

It looks like there are a couple of new stores in Hahira, so I’ll have to make a point this week to find out about them.

That’s it for this week, but if there’s something I missed, please let me know!
