Q: How long have you lived in Valdosta?
A: (Neil Patel) I’ve lived here with my family for eight years.
Q: What did you do in that time before opening Passage 2 India?
A: (Neil Patel) I own and operate four gas stations, including the Citgo and Shell stations on North Oak Street Extension at Inner Perimeter Road and one on West Gordon Street.
Q: Does your restaurant sell alcoholic beverages?
A: (Neil Patel) We sell beer and wine right now and as soon as I can hire a full-time bartender, we will sell mixed drinks as well.
Q: You moved into a former barbecue restaurant, but have created a much more unique dining room for your customers. What can they expect when they come for, say, a special evening meal?
