In a Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2012 file photo, a memorial to Elvis Presley is displayed outside Graceland, Presley's Memphis, Tenn. home to commemorate the 35th anniversary of Presley's death. Authentic Brands, a New York-based intellectual property corporation, said Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2013, that it has bought Elvis Presley's intellectual property and the right to operate the Graceland tourist attraction from CORE Media Group. Authentic Brands said Tuesday the purchase gives the company the rights to Presley's image, name and likeness, in addition to the massive collection of photos, movies, television appearances and music specials featuring the King of Rock 'n' Roll. Presley's daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, says she will continue to own Graceland and the original artifacts.
